Several people at our company have bought this including myself and we all find the same. If your expecting a wonder cure for poor reception area you will be dissapointed. However, it usually helps 1hold in an extra bar (and if you only have one to start its a lot better than just hanging on in!) and helps to cope with signal block and reflections in a busy area. In most situations I find it works best horizontally polarised rather than vertically by the way. Well worth while, we use it for work every day. | |

WithOUT this antenna my O2 mobile broadband modem gets 1 bar. WITH this antenna is STILL gets only 1 bar. In other words, this antenna for me does literally nothing. I hope they will will me return it! | |
